OuR RESPONse to covid-19

Here at Eastlake Family Medical, we are dedicated to the health of our staff and patients. We comply with public health guidelines on cleaning and sanitation and pride ourselves on the fact that we clean patient areas after each patient. For the safety of our customers and require our workers to wear masks at all times within the building. Although the California mandate does not require vaccinated individuals to wear masks, we believe that all sick or healthy patients should wear masks to prevent the spread of all infectious diseases, including Covid-19. THUS, WE ARE REQUIRING THAT ALL INDIVIDUALS THAT VISIT OUR LOCATION WEAR MASKS THROUGHOUT THEIR VISIT DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME. Furthermore, we are screening patients prior to visits for coronavirus and encourage patients that believe that they have the disease to stay at home until recovery. At this time, we do not provide Covid-19 vaccinations at our doctor's office, however, there is an abundance of nearby locations that do offer these services.
